Admitted as an Advocate at the Bombay High Court in 2020, I have since cultivated a robust practice, specializing in property law, commercial contracts, and estate planning.

In 2022, I furthered my qualifications by becoming a Solicitor admitted in England and Wales and earning an LL.M. in Legal Practice from The University of Law, London. My academic achievements are complemented by practical experience gained over four years in a prominent legal firm, where I excelled in drafting and managing legal documents related to the disposition of properties, including sales, purchases, leases, licenses, gifts, releases, and tenancies, as well as general commercial contracts.

 

My expertise also extends to drafting specialized contracts, including construction contracts, architect engagement contracts, interior designer engagement contracts, and similar agreements. I have appeared before the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, and have represented clients in various arbitration matters.

In addition, I am skilled in conducting due diligence on landed properties—whether freehold, leasehold, or occupancy grant—and advising on the most suitable forms of documentation.

I have successfully handled complex transactions such as development agreements, joint development agreements, society redevelopment agreements, share purchase agreements, partition documents, and development management agreements.

 

I am proficient in analysing stamp duty and registration laws, providing clients with strategic advice on high-stakes legal matters. I am well-versed in conducting title investigations for high net worth transactions, drafting and issuing opinions on title, and advising on conveyancing and commercial contracts for leading real estate developers, business houses, and financial institutions.

 

I have also advised societies and developers on society redevelopment procedures, including navigating the regulations of DCPR, 2034, and handling related transaction documents such as Development Agreements and Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreements.

 

My legal acumen extends to estate planning, where I have drafted wills, living wills, trust documents, and handled testamentary and probate petitions.
